七彩炒澳洲鱈魚花膠(3-4人份)

材料:
三色椒 (去籽切絲) 1/2, 木耳(浸發後切絲) 1,甘筍 (切絲) 1/2,澳洲鱈魚花膠 (切絲) 150, 雞湯 50毫升 姜 3, 蒜茸 2湯匙, 乾蔥茸  2湯匙, 1湯匙, (切段) 2, 調味料:胡椒粉/鹽 各少許

 

做法:
1、提前發泡花膠;鍋中放入清水及薑片煮滾,加入三色椒絲、木耳絲、金菇、甘筍絲等汆燙30-1分鐘),撈起衝凍水過冷河,瀝乾備用。
2、下油熱鍋,以中火爆香乾蔥茸及蒜茸,加入(1)炒勻,再下花膠絲,灒入少許雞湯煮1分鐘。
3、最後加入調味料,炒勻即可。
