滋補養生湯水 - 鱈鰵魚骨萬用湯 - 特濃蕃茄篇 - On Hing Dry Seafood

材料:蕃茄1kg,蒜頭4瓣,洋蔥1個,茄膏5湯匙,鱈鰵魚骨湯底1.5L,糖2茶匙,鹽 小半茶匙,油1-2湯匙

做法:

1.蒜頭,洋蔥切粒,蕃茄切粒。

2.鍋中倒入1-2湯匙油,將蒜頭,洋蔥炒香至金黃色,放入蕃茄炒至茄汁釋出至濃縮。

3.加鹽,糖及茄膏拌勻,加入鱈鰵魚骨湯底,煮15分鐘即可。

*油脂可以促進番茄紅素的吸收*
*如偏好更酸更濃,可增加茄膏及加入適量的白醋,還能幫忙提高新陳代謝,降膽固醇效果更好*
