筒膠，由尖吻鱸的魚鰾製成，清晰明顯的「人」字紋最能突顯其特色；魚香味濃郁，同時肉質是最為軟糯，厚身且膠質重，其黏口的程度都是最高。這種筒狀的花膠與一般片狀的有異，在生產加工的過程難度極高，因此這款花膠的價值都會比較高。
